HOW TO FIX FASTENINGS -ZIPS & BUTTONS
Mette Baillie is an award winning Danish designer dressmaker who
fell in love with Edinburgh at first sight. She launched Freja Designer
Dressmaking in 1998 as a stylish and ethical alternative to the
mass-produced bridal wear, evening dresses and women’s suiting available
on the high street.
At this workshop we will:
- talk about changing buttons for style
- learn how to sew in buttons on different garments
- change a zip in a pair of jeans
- repair a concealed zip
