FAQ About Our Appointments

 

Do I need an appointment? 

To keep our customers and staff safe, we are limiting the amount of customers allowed in the shop at any one time. This means you may need to queue outside during busy periods. If you don’t want to queue, you can book an appointment and this will guarantee you can walk straight in, at the time you’ve booked for.

Can I bring a friend to an appointment?

We’d love you to bring a friend or member of family along to browse and shop with you – but it can only be the three of you to keep everyone safe in the space we have.

 

Can I try clothes on?

At the moment we’re afraid that our changing rooms are closed. Anything you buy instore though can be returned for a full refund. You don’t need to book an appointment – just come to the door and we will bring the card machine to you!
